Apple Music has kickstarted this year with the launch of the new “Replay 2023” playlist which features listeners’ favorite tracks. It will be updated weekly to include all the songs subscribers have been grooving to.
Since 2017, the music streaming service has been releasing replay playlists at the end of each year which feature the top 100 songs from subscribers most played or listened to artists, albums, or playlists.
Apple Music “Replay 2023” playlist updates throughout the year to feature the top 100 songs
Available on the Apple Music app and the web, the new “Replay 2023” will be updated every Sunday to include subscribers’ most listened-to songs in the playlist in a week. And this way, the “Replay 2023” playlist will be updated throughout the year to feature the 100 most streamed tracks. So users’ December Replay 2023 playlist will be very different from January 2023’s replay playlist.
Every week, Apple Music Replay 2023 will feature the following updates
- Top songs of the week
- Top albums of the week
- Top artists of the week
To add the Replay 2023 playlist to your library, simply navigate to Listen Now section and scroll down to the “Replay: You Top Songs by Year” menu.
It must be kept in mind that if the user has not been streaming music long enough on Apple Music in 2023, the playlist will not appear. And it will automatically be available in Listen Now section, once the user starts listening to more music on the service.
Recently, the audio streamer launched ‘Rihanna’s Road to Halftime’ ahead of her 2023 Super Bowl performance. The new multimedia experience includes Apple Music features tailored specifically to Rihanna fans.
