We were hearing rumors about an update of iMac since a few months. In the past week, shortage of iMacs in some Apple Stores clearly showed that Apple will soon be releasing updated models. Today Apple announced new iMacs with Intel Core i3, Core i5 and Core i7 processors and new graphic cards. The base price of iMac is still $1,199 for the 3.06GHz Core i3 model with 21.5 inch display.
Philip Schiller, Apple’s senior vice president of Worldwide Product Marketing said.
We took the world’s best all-in-one and made it even better.With the latest processors, high-performance graphics and signature aluminum and glass design, customers are going to love the latest iMac.
All the new iMacs have their own dedicated graphics cards which would give a great video and gaming experience to end users. Here is a little list of available configurations with prices

Apple last updated iMac in October 2009 and the pricing of the new iMac are still the same.
