Apple has seeded the fourth beta of watchOS 7 and tvOS 14 to developers. This is the second upgrade to the beta version of the operating systems this month. Apple launched the new watchOS 7 and tvOS 14 at the WWDC 2020 online event in June.
The Apple Watch must have 50% battery, be placed on the charger and within the range of the paired iPhone to update it to the latest version. Having said that, it is not advisable to install the beta as it not stable and may contain bugs which can lead to data loss and other issues.
To update the Apple TV box, go to Settings > System > Software Update on the device and click on Update Software.
For users to run watchOS 7 and tvOS 14 betas on their devices, they must be registered with Apple Developer Center. The membership costs $99 per year. Luckily we have a free of cost way for users to run their smartwatches and Apple TV on the latest OS versions, install watchOS 7 from here, and tvOS 14 from here.
