Apple has rolled out tvOS 18.4, visionOS 2.4, and watchOS 11.4 release candidates to developers. The updates were released just a week after the fourth beta builds. They are now available over-the-air for all developers registered to Apple Developer Center.
watchOS 11.4 release notes
watchOS 11.4 features a new update to the Home app which now supports Matter-compatible robot vacuum cleaners. There aren’t many of them available in the market yet though. Other updates include the ability for the wake up alarm to bypass silent mode so you don’t oversleep.

visionOS 2.4 release notes
The major theme of this update for Apple Vision Pro is the roll-out of Apple Intelligence features. Features such as Writing Tools, quick responses, Image Playground, Genmojji, Image Wand, Memory Movie, priority messages and priority notifications are now going to be part of visionOS after this release.
Another new feature is support for Guest Users so you don’t have to hesitate before sharing your device with a friend or family member.
Apple is also released a new Apple Vision Pro app for iPhone that will help discover content, and manage the device right from the app.

tvOS 18.4
For tvOS 18.4, it is unclear as to what is new as the company has not shared any release notes. The update will likely feature under-the-hood bug fixes, performance improvements and security updates. We will update you once we have more information.
These release candidate builds are usually the same ones that will be released to the public. It is expected that the general public should start getting these updates on their devices in the first week of April.
