In Chinese culture, red symbolizes luck and celebration, while the snake in the zodiac represents intelligence, charm, and resilience, adding a symbolic layer to this special release.
Functionally identical to the standard AirPods 4, this limited-edition version retains all the features that have made the model a standout choice among users. These include Active Noise Cancellation, Transparency Mode, adaptive audio, and support for spatial audio. However, these AirPods distinguish themselves with their unique design, making them a perfect collector’s item or a thoughtful gift for celebrating the Lunar New Year.
Apple has a tradition of releasing limited-edition accessories for the Lunar New Year. In 2024, the company launched a special version of AirPods Pro to honor the Year of the Dragon. This year, the AirPods 4 takes center stage, featuring an intricate engraving of two snakes surrounded by fireworks. Each customer can purchase up to two units, with deliveries beginning on January 8.
