Apple Support app on iOS offers personalized access to assistance needed for all Apple products and services. Through the app, users can reset Apple ID passwords, manage subscriptions, talk to an expert to troubleshoot an issue, get step-by-step guidance or solutions, book reservations, and much more.

Updated to version 4.9, the new Apple Support app adds support for 3 more languages and expands availability to 118 new regions so that more iOS users around the world can enjoy personalized assistance right from the comfort of their homes or anywhere.

Previously, the app introduced a redesigned user interface with an upgrade reservation system with new organization features and added support for customers with AppleCare+ for Business Essentials.
Download the Apple Support app from the App Store. It is compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch and requires iOS 15.0 or later. An AppleCare+ plan is not required to use the app.
