Apple TV+ subscribers will soon be able to stream exclusive Peanuts content during the Christmas season. The Cupertino tech giant has just announced a new deal with Peanuts Worldwide and Lee Mendelson Film Productions to bring new originals and classic Peanuts specials to its streaming platform.
Apple explains that the deal includes a second season of the Emmy-nominated Apple TV+ original series Snoopy in Space as well as a handful of new original specials including ones for Mother’s Day, Earth Day, New Year’s Eve, and going back to school.
Apple TV+ adds classic ‘Charlie Brown’ specials to its catalog for the holiday season
In addition to the new content making its way to the platform soon, Apple’s new deal includes a back catalog of additional Peanuts specials. Starting today, subscribers can stream the Halloween special “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown” as part of their subscription. The special will also be available “for free from October 30 until November 1 as a special treat on Apple TV+.”
Apple will launch “A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving” on November 18, and the special will be available for free from November 25 until November 27. In addition to this, the service will also premiere “A Charlie Brown Christmas”, exclusively on the streaming service starting December 4.
There is also a ton of new themed content coming to the streaming service, all to be produced by WildBrain’s animation studio:

Apple TV+ is the Cupertino tech giant’s video streaming service that offers a wide variety of original talk shows, drama series, kids shows, movies, and more. The video streaming service is available for $4.99 per month via the Apple TV app on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, and apple.com. It is also available on select TV sets of LG, Samsung, Amazon, and Roku. The streaming platform is also available in Apple’s subscription bundle called Apple One.
