After two seasons, the final season of the Apple TV+ drama series ‘Dickinson’ will premiere on November 5, 2021. Ahead of the release, Apple TV+ has uploaded the official trailer of Dickinson Season 3 which gives viewers a glimpse of Emily Dickinson’s (the protagonist) journey as a poet in a society that did not appreciate the impact of “words”.
Dickinson is produced and written by Alena Smith and executive produced by Hailee Steinfeld. The show stars Hailee Steinfeld as Dickinson, Toby huss, jane Krakowski, Ella Hunt, Adrain Blake Enscoe, and others. The first three episodes of the third and final season will air on November 5, 2021, followed by a new episode every Friday.

After winning the Peabody Award, the Dickinson series is coming to an end. Writer Smith says that she envisioned the show as a three-season story to “tell the origin story of America’s greatest female poet in a whole new way.” Thus, the official trailer of season 3 released on Apple TV+ official YouTube channel summarizes the events which will lead to the show’s poetic ending.
In the third season, Emily Dickinson’s most productive time as an artist falls amid the raging American Civil War and an equally fierce battle that divides her own family. As Emily tries to heal the divides around her, she wonders if art can help keep hope alive, and whether the future can be better than the past.
