Apple TV+ releases new trailer for Peanuts “For Auld Lang Syne” holiday special

Apple TV+ has just released a first look trailer for the new Peanuts special, “Snoopy Presents: For Auld Lang Syne,” ahead of its global premiere scheduled for December 10. In addition to the new trailer, the tech giant also announced special episodes of kids and family favorites “Stillwater” and “Get Rolling With Otis” will debut on the service just in time for the holiday season.

The brand-new “Charlie Brown” special, now titled “Snoopy Presents: For Auld Lang Syne,” will start streaming from December 10, 2021. This is the first new original holiday special to be made under Apple’s partnership with WildBrain, Peanuts Worldwide, and Lee Mendelson Film Productions.

Alongside the trailer, Apple TV+ also announced that more “Peanuts” episodes would be available over the holiday season in addition to many specials and holiday-themed shows for children and families to enjoy.

These include an episode of “Get Rolling with Otis,” titled “A Winter’s Cow Tale,” which is set to premiere on Friday, December 3, 2021. A new episode of the award-winning “Stillwater,” will also premiere on the same date.

To view “Snoopy Presents: For Auld Lang Syne” when it debuts, viewers will need a subscription to Apple’s streaming service. For $4.99 per month, Apple TV+ is available on iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, Apple TV via the Apple TV app.
