In celebration of the Lunar New Year – The Year of Tiger, Apple Watch users can earn exclusive red-themed Tiger, envelopes, and others badges and stickers to share via the iMessage app with family and friends on completing twenty-minute workouts from Feb 1, to Feb 15, 2022.
Balance this season of relaxation with a little exercise. Do any workout for at least 20 minutes between February 1 and 15 to get this award. Record your workout with the Workout app or any app that adds workouts to Health.
From Feb 7 to Feb 28, 2022, Apple Watch users can earn Unity awards and stickers of hand gestures for love and unity by closing their Move ring for seven consecutive days.

Users who like a little more challenge and fun during the Activity Challenges have the option to invite their friends to stay motivated and competitive. Winners can also flaunt their new badges and stickers via the iMessage app.

For seven-day competitions, invite friends to compete and earn points by closing their Activity rings daily. “You get a point for every percent that you add to your rings each day, and you can earn up to 600 points a day. That’s a max of 4,200 points for the week.” Here is how you can easily invite your friends and family for a healthy Fitness competition:
- Tap on the Activity app on your Apple Watch.
- Swipe right to the “Sharing screen” interface and then select the “Invite a friend” option.
- From the contacts list, tap on the desired friend’s name and wait for him/her to accept your invitation.
