New leak offers first look at three new rumored colorways for the Beats Studio Buds

Launched in June 2021, the Beats Studio Buds range is reported to be due for a refresh with three new colors. Previously, the names “Moonlight Grey,” “Ocean Blue,” and “Sunset Pink” were announced by serial Apple leaker Jon Prosser, but now we have images depicting what the new colors will look like.

German site WinFuture claims that these are official marketing images and unlike Apple’s “own” products such as AirPods, Beats releases are not kept secret so several retailers have already started listing the new color variants of the Beats Studio Buds. However, the listings do not mention a shipping date and we do not know when the new colors may launch.

Currently, the Beats Studio Buds are available in red, white, and black colorways. We do not know if the new variants will replace the original colors or be added to the current lineup.

In terms of price and technology, nothing will change. The earbuds feature a lightweight in-ear design for comfortable all-day wear and offer compatibility with Android and iOS devices. The Beats Studio Buds are touted to be one of the best alternatives for Apple’s AirPods Pro offering features like Active Noise Cancellation, Transparency Mode, “Hey Siri” support, and more at a price point of $150.

Earlier this year, the Beats Studio Buds received a firmware update with three nifty new features which make the earbuds easier to pair with all Apple devices along with a battery pop-up that earbuds when the Studio Buds charging case is held near a smartphone. The “b” emblem on the side of the earbuds can also be customized to control volume.
