Parker Ortolani, a graphic designer, has created a concept iPhone 14 Pro Dynamic Island for iPad Pro that images the space’s functionality on a larger screen.
In addition to other new features, the innovative iPhone 14 Pro Dynamic Island brings a completely new way for users to interact with their iPhones. This year’s Pro models got a redesigned display with thinner bezels, Always-On tech, and more importantly, a pill+hole notch which gives more screen real estate.
By combining the hardware updated with the power of the upcoming iOS 16 update, Apple delivered a whole new experience for Pro users to view notifications, alerts, content, background activities and access controls without leaving the app they are in through the always-alive, intuitive, and adjustable Dynamic Island.
Concept iPhone 14 Pro Dynamic Island for iPad Pro imagines enhanced multitasking capabilities and more
In his Concept iPhone 14 Pro Dynamic Island for iPad Pro, Ortolani imagines the tablet’s camera in landscape orientation, a change that iPad users have been requesting for years. But it is unclear if his concept includes the expansion of the iPhone 14 Pro’s new pill+hole notch and Always-On to iPad Pro.
Moving on, the concept imagines Dynamic Island to uplift the iPad Pro experience to a “whole new level” by introducing the menu bar to iPadOS in a novel and unique way. The always-on space will make the app more discoverable by actively displaying alerts, notifications, and background activities anywhere on iPadOS.
Dynamic Island on iPad Pro will take multitasking “even further”. Users will be able to access more apps on the split screen like a shortcut menu for quick access.
More importantly, users will be able to control different apps from anywhere on the system like play or pause music, answer or reject calls, and more.
