A new springboard enhancement tweak has just hit the Cydia store and is called SBFader. The tweak is developed by Alexandros Melakis and once installed, adds a simple “fade in” effect to the application icons when swiping across the springboard pages. You can also switch off the SBFader from Settings app and also adjust the opacity to which icons fade during the transition. There is also an option to adjust the duration (in seconds) of the fade effect.
SBFader is available for download in Cydia via the BigBoss repo for $0.99. Check out the following demo video showing SBFader tweak in action:
