Most of us are already familiar with Gevey SIM, a magic iPhone 4 unlock solution for all current basebands without even requiring a jailbreak. The SIM however needed manually dialing an emergency number i.e 112 when inserted in order to work its magic unlock. This emergency number dialup, depending on various geographical locations, may be considered illegal.
