The new AFib history feature allows users, who are diagnosed with atrial fibrillation, to track the time their heart shows signs of AFib or see an estimate of how frequently their heart is in arrhythmia.
Furthermore, users can monitor which lifestyle factors are influencing the amount of time they spend in AFib like exercise, weight, and sleep.
Improved Sleep tracking includes new Sleep stages for users to know how much time they spent in REM, Core, or Deep sleep. They can also track their sleep over time via the new Sleep comparison charts in the updated Health app which shows metrics like heart rate and respiratory rate to measure their changes throughout the night.
New watch faces Metropolitan, Playtime, and Astronomy.
