YouTube Music surpassed over 80 million users globally, YouTube reached over 50 million music and Premium subs this year. It is my best music streaming service of 2022 because it offers the ability to seamlessly switch between audio and video while streaming.
On May 17, 2018, YouTube announced a new version of the YouTube Music service, including a web-based desktop player and redesigned mobile app with more dynamic recommendations based on various factors, and a better search engine to search songs based on the lyrics and description. YouTube Music became a separate subscription service to compete against Apple Music and Spotify.
Here’s what makes YouTube Music one of the best streaming service
YouTube Music provides a tailored interface exclusively designed for music streaming and it is one of my favorite elements of the service as it allows me to browse through my favorite songs and music on YouTube based on genres, playlists, and recommendations easily.
The service offers ad-free music and background audio-only streaming including downloading music for offline playback.
YouTube Music also brings songs I streamed in the regular YouTube app straight to the music app with enhanced quality and an option to switch between audio and video in portrait and landscape modes. Some songs also have a lyrics option which I can use to either learn the music lyrics or sing along.
YouTube Music provides a 30-day free trial for new users to gain an experience of the service before getting a subscription plan. YouTube Music app is an easy-to-easy and reliable music streaming service therefore, it is my favorite music streaming app.
