Apple has announced that HomePod mini will be launching in three more countries. Starting in June, the compact smart speaker will be available in Austria, Ireland, and New Zealand. The announcement is made on Apple’s website in the respective region. In addition, Apple has also expanded Apple TV with Siri support to Austria, Ireland, and New Zealand.
The smaller 3.3-inch HomePod mini was launched in October 2020 with new audio technology, S5 chip, computational audio, Siri support, smart home accessories compatibility, and more for a very reasonable price, $99. The availability expansion is made after Apple discontinued the bigger and more expensive HomePod last month.
HomePod mini is coming to more countries in June
As mentioned on apple.com, HomePod mini will be available for $159 in New Zealand, and for €99.00 in Austria, and Ireland starting in June. Along with the expansion in new regions, the smart speaker is currently available in the United States, Canada, UK, France, Germany, Spain, Australia, Hong Kong, India, China, Taiwan, and Mexico.
Retailing in black and white color options, the HomePod mini offers a great audio experience which includes,

Based on the new speaker’s advanced tech and pocket-friendly price, Canalys reported that the device’s shipments had the potential to reach 164 million by 2021 with a 21% growth. It is also speculated that the new mini speaker will help Apple compete against Google and Amazon and earn a decent market share.
