Furthermore, Apple TV users with AirPods will be able to connect to the set-top box and operate it with “Hey Siri” voice commands for a hands-free experience.
Italian tech journalist @domenico panacea (aka cino) shared a first look at the new Siri in the real-world setting on Twitter. As per the posted video clip, the interaction with the updated voice assistant is much faster and seamless.
- The Voice assistant instantly wakes up on the “Hey Siri” command.
- It quickly switches from one app to another.
- With the new compact design, it shows results in the bottom right corner of the screen without leaving the action onscreen.
- Displays the status of smart home devices on the screen. Although it does not leave the action onscreen, it shadows out or grays the app in the background and illuminates the result to make it more visible.
