Developers have been tinkering around with the iBooks 2 and iTunes U apps for iPad and have struck further proof that the iPad 3 will ship with a retina display. Apparently, they both contain 2x images which means they are twice the resolution of a normal iPad display. Check out visual proof after the jump:
Better hold off that iPad 2 purchase if you’re thinking of it. Just a few more months to go for that retina display iPad 3!
