iOS 9.1 beta has been downloaded and explored by users for new features. Even though there aren’t any major changes in the point release, a few obvious ones stand out: new emojis and a new alert in Apple Music when only offline music is displayed.
As noted on MacRumors, below are the few changes:
- New offline music alert for Apple Music. This shows when you chose to only show music that you have downloaded
- A few new emojis, including a new middle finger emoji, as noted by TNW. Other new emojis include medals, a lion, new facial expressions and lots more. Basically, each category has received a number of new emojis.
iOS 9.1 beta was released to developers earlier today. It is expected to be released with iPad Pro. Meanwhile, iOS 9 GM has also been released to developers today and the public release is on September 16.
