How to Schedule Battery Replacement Appointment
For any repair service (damage or battery repair) users must schedule an appointment via any one of the following two ways which suit their preference and routine:
- Send in– Users can send in their iPhone in a box directly to Apple Repair Center by arranging for a shipment. After 3 to 5 business days, the repaired smartphone will be sent back.
- Bring in– Users can schedule an appointment at an Apple outlet or authorized service center near them to take personally take the smartphone for repair. If the repair is not possible at the visit, then the iPhone is sent to the repair center. In that case, users will have to pick up their device after 3 to 5 days.
