Users are required to schedule an appointment for any repair service via getsupport.apple.com. Depending on their preference or daily routine, they can opt for any one of the following ways to get their iPhone 13 repaired:
- Send in– Damaged iPhones can be sent in a box directly to Apple Repair Center by arranging for a shipment. After 3 to 5 business days, the repaired smartphone will be sent back.
