Just a week away from the expected launch of the new iPhone 14 series, sketchy rumors share information on the alleged color options, casing, chip, storage capacity, and more.
Citing information from a U.S. developer source in possession of the new iPhone 14 models, Korean blogger @yeux1122 claims that the upcoming iPhone 14 Pro models will not be available in the Sierra Blue color option, titanium housing, and more.
Although the blogger reconfirmed several existing rumors related to the design and specs of the new iPhone series, the source also shared some new intel.
Here is the summary of all new changes in the iPhone 14 series
The only difference in the color options of the iPhone 13 series and iPhone 14 series is the addition of purple and the removal of Sierra Blue from the Pro lineup.
- iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max: Gold, Graphite, Green, Dark Purple, and Silver
- iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max: Red, White, Black, Blue, Purple, and Green
Apple has ditched the rumored titanium body for iPhone 14 Pro because of manufacturing and cost concerns. However, a prototype does exist.
The entire series will feature stronger MagSafe magnetic force and the company will also launch a new MagSafe exclusive battery accessory.
In addition, the blogger reiterated that the new iPhone lineup will start from 128GB, support 30W fast charging, Gorilla Glass, and the iPhone 14 Pro feature a punch hole display which looks “weird at a glance” but is still better than the notch.
The report also said that the new iPhone 14 series battery will be “very small but increased” meaning that it might be smaller in size but dense in capacity.
Recently, another report leaked the sticker packing of the iPhone 14 Pro and said that will feature 6GB of RAM.
