Just moments ago @wizdaz, a member of the iPhone DevTeam, tweeted something that appears to be a big breakthrough in the current jailbreak scene with greenpois0n and limera1n each battling out their supremacy over the other.
He said:
ported new geohot’s bootrom exploit into PwnageTool
This announcement further hints that the PwnageTool’s ETA which was announced earlier to be the coming Sunday, is now a lot more likely. PwnageTool will finally bring the iOS4.1 jailbreaking capability available only to Windows and Linux users at the moment via greenpois0n and limera1n exploits whoch were both released last week.
