LG announced a new promotion for LG Smart TV owners to enjoy Apple TV+ free for three months. Starting from November 15, 2021 owners with (2016-2021) 8K and 4K LG Smart TV models will be able to sign-up for Apple TV+ limited time offer by February 13, 2022.
LG is one of Apple’s supply partners which provides OLED display panels for iPhone and iPad models. It is also reported the LG will supply the periscope lens for the next-generation iPhone 14 series for advanced zoom technology. Earlier this year, LG shut down its mobile business worldwide, after suffering huge financial losses, to focus on “resources in growth areas such as electric vehicle components, connected devices, smart homes, robotics, artificial intelligence, and business-to-business solutions, as well as platforms and services.” And Apple added LG flagship smartphone on its eligible Android devices for a trade-in list. Now, the companies are deepening their partnership with a new service promotion.
LG owners with compatible TV sets can sign-up for Apple TV+ 3-months free trial promotion by February 13, 2022
As per the announcement, owners with 8K and 4K LG Smart TVs (2016-2021) can easily sign-up for the new Apple TV+ promotion by following the instruction in the LG Content Store or by clicking on the Apple TV+ ad banner on the TV’s home menu. Compatible LG TV sets support Dolby Vision and Atmos features to offer an immersive viewing experience. In addition, Voice command is available in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, India, Italy, New Zeeland, The Philippines, Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Vietnam.
