Apple suppliers will begin shipments of M1 MacBook Pro models in July – Report

DigiTimes claims that the new 14-inch and 16-inch M1 MacBook Pro models will launch in the third or fourth quarter this year. So, it can be estimated that Apple might launch the next-generation laptop models later this year like the launch of the M1 MacBook Air, M1 MacBook Pro, and M1 Mac mini models in November 2020.

Before the WWDC21, different industry sources like Wedbush analyst and leaker Jon Prosser claimed that Apple will introduce the M1 MacBook Pro at the event. However, on the day of the event, an anonymous leaker @L0vetodream shared that there won’t be any hardware updates at the Developers Conference which proved to be correct. Having said that, Prosser might have gotten the timing of the launch incorrect but the report that the 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models are on their way is solid. And supply chain-based sources are sharing that Apple’s suppliers are gearing up for production.
