Apple has released the fourth developer and public beta for macOS 10.12.1. The update is around 1.25GB in size and contains stability, compatibility, and security fixes as per the release notes.
Apple has been releasing weekly updates to maOS 10.12.1 Sierra beta.Once the operating system gets in the hand of the general public, a number of bugs are reported therefore, the point one release after even major operating system launch is normally a bug fixing release. Apple is working on the similar updates for iOS 10, tvOS 10 and watchOS 3.

macOS 10.12 Sierra brings Siri to the desktop, redesigned notification center and widgets which match their iOS 10 and watchOS 3 counterparts, auto-unlock via Apple Watch, Universal Clipboard for automatic copy/pasting of content between iOS and Mac devices, Apply Pay, updated Safari, picture-in-picture video playback and more. iMessage also has some of the features that iOS 10 received like tapback and video/GIF/web link previews, however, users on macOS can only view stickers and not use any of the iMessage apps. Message bubble and screen effects do not even work on macOS.
