Apple has released macOS Sequoia 15.4 release candidate to developers. The update is now available over-the-air for all compatible Macs, and can be downloaded by going to System Settings > General > Software Update.
The company has not shared any detailed release notes for this update. Based on the features that have been available during beta testing, it seems to be a minor update which brings across some features that were previously released with iOS 18 on iPhone, and others that are being released with iOS 18.4 (also currently available as a release candidate).
Here is a summary of all the new features that you can expect in macOS Sequoia 15.4:

- A new set of emojis are coming to Mac including “Face with Bags Under Eyes,” an emoji depicting exhaustion that many users will likely find relatable, fingerprint, a root vegetable, a leafless tree, a harp, a shovel, a paint splatter, and the Flag of Sark.
- Apple Intelligence support for more languages: French, German, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil), Spanish, Japanese, Korean, and Simplified Chinese. Localized English versions for Singapore and India.

The final version of macOS Sequoia 15.4 is expected to be released in the first week of April. Unless there are any breaking bugs, we should see this same release candidate built roll out as the final software update for the general public.
