Microsoft Releases Internet Explorer 9 (Release Candidate) For Download!

The long awaited Internet Explorer 9 Release Candidate (RC) has just gone live and is now available for download via official links from Microsoft. The company is planning to unveil the IE 9 RC at a special event in San Francisco today. Internet Explorer 9 introduces tons of new features and security enhancements such as Tracking Protection, a new privacy feature and ActiveX filter that adds the ability to block ActiveX controls.

Internet Explorer 9 also brings full HTML5 support and a brand new UI. Earlier this month, Microsoft had officially announced that the beta version of IE 9 has crossed 20 million downloads, making it the most downloaded beta release of Internet Explorer ever.
