Apple launched the new FaceTime SharePlay feature in the iOS 15 update. The new feature allows users to connect via FaceTime calls to share screens, and watch movies and listen to music in real-time. Although at the time of launch, a few apps were compatible with the new SharePlay feature, more apps now support it.
Apple says it’s a fun way to keep people connected by giving them an opportunity to share their photos, adventure, browsing experience, collaborate, learn, and much more. The company released the feature on macOS Monterey 12.1 beta and will be rolled out to Mac users soon. We have a complete list of the new apps which support FaceTime SharePlay on iOS and iPad.
