Shot on iPhone campaign always features content shot by users. TechCrunch posted a good article on how you can submit your content for the campaign and increase its chances of being selected by Apple. If selected, your photo can get featured in Apple’s online ads as well as billboards.

The most important points to consider if you want to get your photo or video in the campaign are:

  • Always use the latest iPhone model. Photos taken using older iPhones are rejected.
  • Tag photos on Instagram with #shotoniphone or #shotoniphone6s
  • Keep original files and make sure that your contact information is available online
  • Of course, it goes without saying, the photo or video should be beautiful

If your photo or video get selected, Apple can contact you via email. You would need to provide the original files as well, complete with the EXIF data so Apple can verify that it was actually taken from an iPhone.
