The launch of the new Pokémon TCG Live app has been postponed to 2022. The app was scheduled for a soft launch in Canada on iOS and Android devices and a global open beta for PC and Mac this year. But as per the announcement, the app is delayed to provide users with a more polished experience.
Earlier, the Pokemon franchise launched a new 5-on-5 strategic team battle game, Pokémon UNITE on iOS and Android devices. In teams, trainers can use 22 creatures, categorized as an attacker, speedster, defender, and all-rounder to defeat the opponent teams in battles on Aeos Island. They can rank up and enjoy gameplay in style.

The OG cards trading game, Pokémon TCG Live will be available to trainers across platforms in 2022
The new Pokémon TCG Live game is an updated digital format of the Pokémon Trading Card Game and for the first time, it wil bring the experience of Pokémon TCG to smartphones, in addition to tablets, PCs, and Macs, so the trainers to enjoy trading their creatures on the go, anywhere at any time. It must be kept in mind that on the launch of the new Pokémon TCG Live game, Pokémon TCG Online will be retiring but the players will be able to transfer their account and data to the new app, easily.
The new card game will allow players to build decks, develop strategies, and battle on the device of their preference. Barry Sams, vice president of the Pokémon TCG at The Pokémon Company International said:
