‘Ted Lasso’ and ‘Wolfwalkers’ get three Golden Globes nominations for Apple TV+

Apple TV+ is steadily gaining recognition as evident by the three Golden Globes nominations that it has received for ‘Ted Lasso’ and ‘Wolfwalkers’. ‘Ted Lasso’ has been nominated for best television series, and best performance by an actor in a television series, while ‘Wolfwalkers’ has been nominated for best motion picture, animated.

This is not the first time that an Apple TV+ series or movie has been nominated for Golden Globes. The Morning Show had received three Golden Globes nominations – one for best television series, drama, and two for best actress in a drama television series, for Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon. The streaming service also won Emmys for ‘Ghostwriter’ and ‘Peanuts in Space’ last year.
