Popular American rapper and songwriter Roddy Ricch premiered his new song ‘Late at night’ and interestingly the unreleased Beats Studio Buds make an appearance in the video. In the new music video, Ricch is seen using Beats Studio Buds in black to record a part of the song before he is teleported to the 1980s and the video turns into Micheal Jackson’s ‘Thriller’ set.
Earlier, LeBron Raymone James, the famous Lakers basketball player, posted a picture on his Instagram wearing the unreleased Beats Studio Buds in white. Unlike James’ pictures only showing the white compact earbuds, Ricch’s new video gives a more detailed look at the case, and the design of the upcoming wireless Bluetooth earbuds by Beats, owned by Apple.

As seen in the ‘Late at night’ music video, Beats Studio Bud’s case looks very much like AirPods Pro’ oval charging case with the ‘b’ branding in the middle. The earbuds have a very compact design that protrudes out of the ear when worn. And like the case, earbuds also have a ‘b’ branding in the center.
Apple, which bought Beats in 2014, was reported to gradually phase out Beats headphones after the launch and success of the AirPods headphones line-up. But the Cupertino tech giant did the opposite by creating a competing product. Unlike other over-the-ear Beats headphones, the Beats Studio Buds are the brand’s first-ever in-ear wireless headphones which were first discovered in iOS 4.6 and tvOS 14.6 release candidates. Later, the new in-ear headphones were spotted in FFC listings under BCGA2512 and BCGA2513 IDs.
As per the details discovered so far, we know that the new Beats Studio Buds will be powered by an H1 chip with active noise cancellation, hands-free “Hey Siri” support, and instant pairing, very much like AirPods and AirPods Pro. However, we don’t know their retail price. AirPods Pro costs $249, AirPod costs $159, and Beats in-ear headphones cost from $49 Beats Flex to the $169 Powerbeats Pro.
