Some very interesting features which will be added in the upcoming Windows Phone 7 Mango update have been demonstrated at a recent “Mango event” held in Germany. These features were not revealed in previous WP7 Mango events held in New York and London. One of these new features is the “custom ringtones”, which are listed separate from the default ringtones. A new “battery saving” option has also been demoed in which the phone automatically disables multitasking, email, data and WiFi services to put the handset into battery saving mode, once a certain battery level is reached.

Another feature shown off at the Berlin event is the support for “multiple calendars” in WP7, though turn by turn Bing Maps navigation is yet to be revealed officially by Microsoft. The demonstration video embedded below also shows support for uploading videos directly to Facebook is also coming to WP7 OS. Take a look at these features in action and tell us what you think!
